We are the Swindon Scratch Choir - a community choir for Swindon.

We have no auditions or age restrictions and ability to read music is not necessary - we learn by repetition.  We meet purely to enjoying singing together.

Our repertoire is varied - from Beatles, Tamla Motown, mysterious Russian songs to African chants and Forties swing.   The only instruments we use are our voices, singing in three or four part harmony.

We generally meet once a fortnight under the leadership of our mentors Linda, Martin, Kate and Fiona - check the Diary page for dates.

As well as two Scratch Choirs, there is also an Afternoon singing group, where you can have a little of the Scratch experience.

More detailed information about us can be found on the   FAQs   page.
